Honestly... why....
Theres Zodiac-everything, except for offhand and I find that quite unfair and puzzling....

Its seems to be that their is only Zodiac weapons. I Think ANet did that on purpose. As for why, no one can tell you that except for ANEet themselves.

well theres only one type of zodiac bow, be happy you casters get atleast 2 zodiac things, compared to rangers :P and warriors ,we get it all ^.^

Theres zodiac sheilds, i guess thats an offhand and NOT a wepon, aside from sheild bash?
